The Office of the Directorate of Sports & Youth Welfare, Assam invites Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) through e-Tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs.8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty-five paisa) only from reputed and experienced Event Management Firms/Agencies for

purchase of Air tickets, Train tickets, provide accommodation, food, refreshment, rented vehicle, etc. during the journey and other convince allowances for Participation in different states of India of Youth Exchange Programme, 2022 to be held in January 2023.

The intending Bidders must have a valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-III (Minimum) for processing this e-Tender through the e-procurement portal and have to register in the portal by themselves. Tender schedules containing the tender details, terms & conditions can be downloaded from the website mentioned below. The intending bidder will have to submit their tender online on the website www.assamtenders.gov.in as per schedule. The bidders have to deposit Tender Processing

Cost and EMD through the online official website in the portal as follows-

i. Tender Processing Cost- Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only.

ii. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) – Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) only.

TENDER NOTICE, NALBARI

Sealed tender affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25/- (Rupees eight and paise twenty-five) only are hereby invited from the intending contractors/firms and suppliers for the construction of Toilet shed (2 latrines, 2 urinals with septic tank, sanitary fittings, Hand tube well and electrification) for use of C.O’s Office staff near CO’s office at 14th A.P.Bn. HQ, Dallas, Nalbari, Assam will be received on or before, 2.01.23 at 2.00 P.M at this office and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M in presence of the contractors/ firms/suppliers or their authorized representatives. The tenderers must have to furnish the following documents along with their tender papers.

1. The tenderers will have to submit attested copies of A.P.Hqr. firm registration Group “B”/GST clearance certificate/PAN/GIR No. issued by the Income Tax Department along with the tender.

2. Rates should be quoted both in words and figures.

3. The tenderers will have to deposit Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees one thousand ) only as earnest money in the form of NSC/KVP/Call deposit of a recognized Bank, or Demand draft of any Nationalised Bank and duly pledged to the undersigned.

4. The successful tenderer will have to deposit Rs. 5000.00 (Rupees five thousand) only as a security deposit in the form of a call deposit/Demand draft from any Nationalised Bank duly pledged to the undersigned.

5. Any correction in the tender papers must be made under the initiative of the tenderer.

6. The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest tender or may reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

7. The successful tenderer must be in a position for the construction of the above-mentioned works within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of receipt of the work order.

8. If the last date of receiving tenders falls on any Bandh/Holiday etc. the subsequent working day will be treated as the last date of receiving the same.

9. The tenderer must be registered under the Labour Act (Commissioner of Labour).

HQ, Daulasal, Nalbari, Assam will be received on or before 2.01.23 at 2.00 P.M at this office and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M in presence of the contractors/ firms/suppliers or their authorized representatives. The tenderers must have to furnish the following documents along with their tender papers.
