Pay Scale
The selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of RS 20,700 per month, following the pay scale: RS 20,700 – 1200 (3) – 24300 – 1440 (4) – 30060 – 1920 (6) – 41580 – 2080 (2) – 45740 – 2370 (3) – 52850 – 2850 (1) – 55700.
Additional allowances will be provided as per the applicable rules.
Eligibility Criteria for RBI Assistant Recruitment
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 20 and 28 years old. Only those born between 02/09/1995 and 01/09/2003 (inclusive) are eligible to apply.
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for different categories is as follows:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years
PWD/ UR: 10 years
PWD/ OBC: 13 years
PWD/ SC-ST: 15 years
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate. Additionally, they should have knowledge of word processing on a PC.
Local Language Proficiency: Those applying for positions in a specific recruiting office should be proficient in the local language (i.e., they should be able to read, write, speak, and understand the language) of the state or states under that recruiting office.
