Dibrugarh, Assam – September 30, 2023 – The Office of the District Sports Officer in Dibrugarh has issued a Notice Inviting Quotation for the supply of sports goods, materials, sports wear, and related equipment for the upcoming Khel Maharan 2023-24. This invitation is open to financially sound bidders, registered firms, and suppliers with extensive experience in similar work.

Quotation papers will be accepted from September 30, 2023, to October 9, 2023, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Interested parties should submit their quotations in sealed envelopes during this period. The opening of the quotation papers will take place on October 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at the same location.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Interested bidders must submit copies of their valid firm registration, GST Registration Certificate, and PAN Card along with their quotations.
  2. Bidders should provide a Financially Sound Certificate and an up-to-date Bank Statement copy with their quotation documents.
  3. The transportation of materials is the responsibility of the bidder.
  4. Quotations should be submitted in both numerical and written figures.
  5. The District Sports Officer, Dibrugarh, reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning a reason.
  6. The undersigned is not obligated to accept the lowest rate (L1 or otherwise) and retains the right to cancel or reject any or all quotations without providing a reason.
  7. Quotations should be addressed to the District Sports Officer, Dibrugarh.
  8. In case of holidays during the submission period, the next working day will be considered.
  9. A drop box for the submission of quotations will be installed in front of the District Sports Officer’s office at the Multi-Disciplinary Sports Complex, Khanikar, P.O. Sessa, Pin-786003, District-Dibrugarh, Assam.
