District Programme Manager (DPM)

Annual Remuneration: Rs. 5.4 lakh

Minimum Educational Qualification & Professional Experience:

  • A) Master of Fisheries Science/M.Sc. in Zoology/M.Sc. in Marine Science/M.Sc. in Marine Biology/Master in Fisheries economics/industrial Fisheries/Fisheries Business Management
  • B) Minimum Diploma in Information Technology (IT)/Computer Application

Desirable: A degree in management. Preference given for Agri-Business Management.

Age: Not more than 35 years

Experience: Minimum 3 years of domain experience in any area of Fisheries and Aquaculture.

Educational Notice: Counseling for Admission

Guwahati, November 2, 2023 – The Directorate of Health Services, Assam, in collaboration with Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati, has announced counseling sessions for candidates who appeared in the entrance examination for admission into the 1st-year GNM Training Course in 24 GNM Training Schools for the 2022-23 session. The counseling will take place as scheduled below:

Candidates belonging to the General Category who obtained ranks from 508 to 1100 in the order of merit in the Entrance Examination. (Candidates who participated in previous counseling under the EWS quota within the mentioned rank do not need to appear).
